12/10/2009 The South Jersey Port Corporation’s Board of Directors will hold a special teleconference meeting on Friday, December 11, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. in the conference room located at 2nd and Beckett Streets, Camden, NJ, which is open to the public. The purpose of this special meeting is to consider a resolution entitled “Amendment No. 2 to Ninth Supplemental Marine Terminal Revenue Bond Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Marine Terminal Revenue Bonds, Series 2005 N, and Thirteenth Supplemental Marine Terminal Revenue Bond Resolution Authorizing Issuance of Marine Terminal Revenue Bonds, Series 2009 P”.
