OPRA & Freedom of Information Act
Requests for access to public records under the Open Public Records Act for the SJPC can be made in person at the SJPC Administrative Offices located at the Balzano Marine Terminal, 101 Joseph A. Balzano Blvd, Camden, NJ 08103 and submitted to Jonathan Atwood, Chief of Staff and External Affairs, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Requests must be submitted in writing via the OPRA Request Form and can be hand-delivered, mailed, transmitted electronically, or faxed. Requests cannot be made by telephone.

Fee Schedule for copies of records requested (effective 11/9/10):
Letter sized page – $ .05
Legal Sized page – $ .07
Electronic transfers – No charge (i.e. records sent via email and fax)
