Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the South Jersey Port Corporation for Chimney Demolition at the Broadway Terminal, Camden, New Jersey.
The project consists of the demolition of two (2) radial brick chimneys; one approximately 160 feet tall, and one approximately 180 feet tall, down to approximately two (2) feet above roof level. Interested contractors must have a minimum of five years experience in the demolition of radial chimneys in excess of one hundred (100) feet in height.

Documents may be obtained on or after Thursday, August 12, 2010, from the office of the Facilities Engineer, Henry R. D’Andrea (856-757-4944) at Beckett Street Terminal. Requests for mailing of specifications will not be entertained.
A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at the Broadway Terminal site of South Jersey Port Corporation on Friday, August 13, 2010, at 2:00 P.M. local time.
