Richard A. Alaimo
Chairman
Mr. Alaimo is founder and President of the Alaimo Group, Consulting Engineers, located in Mount Holly and Paterson, New Jersey, and is a Consulting Civil and Sanitary Engineer. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware, a Certified Public Works Manager, the past President of the Burlington County United Fund, the Mount Holly Rotary Club, and the Mount Holly State Bank, a member and past President of the Rancocas Valley Regional High School Board of Education, a Diplomate in the American Academy of Environmental Engineers, a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, the New Jersey Society of Municipal Engineers, the Rutgers University Engineering Society, and the 1994 recipient of the “Distinguished Engineer of the Year Award” from the American Society of Civil Engineers. He is a graduate of the Rutgers University College of Engineering, and has been a member of the Port Corporation since 1968, representing Burlington County.
Chad Michael Bruner

Chad Michael Bruner is deputy administrator for Gloucester County and director of the Gloucester County Department of Health and Institutions, a position he has held since late 1999. Bruner has been an adjunct professor at Rowan University since 1997 teaching management courses and information management courses. Bruner is a New Jersey licensed nursing home administrator. He graduated from Emory University School of Business Administration in Atlanta with a BBA in 1993 and received an MBA from Rowan in 1996. He is a member of the Gloucester County Improvement Authority and the Mantua Township Planning Board. He was appointed to the SJPC Board of Directors in December 2002 representing Gloucester County.
Jonathan Gershen

Mr. Gershen is the Vice President and General Counsel of The Gershen Group, LLC located in Princeton, New Jersey. He is responsible for the regulatory, compliance and legal operation of the firm. The firm, and its affiliates provide management and consulting services throughout the State of New Jersey for real estate owners and developers. The Group’s specialties include Affordable and Senior Housing. Mr. Gershen currently serves on the board of the New Jersey Apartment Association. Mr. Gershen graduated from Brandeis University and received his law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and he is admitted to the Bar in the State of New Jersey. Jonathan Gershen was appointed to the Port Corporation Board in 2002 representing Mercer County.
Eric E. Martins
Director
Mr. Martins is the Director of Public Affairs Management LLC , a government relations consulting firm affiliated with Duane Morris LLP. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Arts and Business Partnership of Southern New Jersey and a former Committee Chairman for the Mercer County College Board of Trustees Advisory Committee. His community involvement also includes service on the boards of the Mercer County Workforce Investment Board and the Mercer County Economic Development Committee. In addition, Mr. Martins is a former member and Vice Chairman of the New Jersey Council on Local Mandates. Mr. Martins holds a J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, where he received a bachelor’s degree in political science. Mr. Martins was appointed to the Port Corporation Board in 2004 representing Mercer County.
Craig F. Remington
Director
Mr. Remington serves as Principal, Vice President and Treasurer of Remington & Vernick Engineers, located in Haddonfield, serving clients throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware. He is the grandson of the firm’s founder, J.C. Remington – three generations of continuity has provided a unique stability to the firm for over 100 years. Mr. Remington is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Planner, and graduate of Drake University and Temple University. Mr. Remington is a member of the New Jersey Society of Professional Land Surveyors, New Jersey Federation of Planners, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Foundation Board, the Rotary Club of Haddonfield, the Boys & Girls Club of America, and is past president of the Gloucester/Salem Engineering Society. He has been a member of the Port Corporation since 2001, representing Camden County.
Rev. Carl E. Styles
Director
Rev. Styles has served the city of Camden, NJ since 1993 as pastor of Bethel United Methodist Church, bringing a unique vision and hard work to sustain the church, which gave birth to Project Give Back. Reverend Styles is also the President/Business Agent for Laborers International Union Local 222, based in Camden, NJ.

He has also served the youth at the Haven United Methodist Church in Bridgeton, NJ and as clinical pastoral care chaplain at Bridgeton Hospital, establishing a wide network of relationships within the clerical, business and professional, and labor communities. Rev. Styles is married with one daughter. In 2006, he received a Master of Divinity Degree from Philadelphia's Palmer Theological Seminary (formerly Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary). He was appointed to the SJPC Board in January 2008, representing Salem County.

Robert Anthony DeAngelo, Sr.
Director
Robert Anthony DeAngelo, Sr. was appointed in 2008 representing the City of Paulsboro. Currently a construction official for Greenwich Township, Director DeAngelo owned a plumbing, heating and air conditioning business in Clarksboro for almost 30 years. He is presently the chairman of the Gloucester County Construction Board of Appeals and has served as a construction official in West Deptford and a zoning and housing official in Paulsboro.
