Joseph A. Maressa, Jr.
Joseph A. Maressa, Jr. is president of Title America Agency Corp. and is a partner at Cedarbrook Properties, LLC., a site location and land development firm.
Maressa was appointed to the SJPC Board in January 2004 to represent Camden County.
A graduate of the Petty School, Rowan University and of the Widener University School of Law, Maressa is a partner in the law firm of Maressa-Goldstein-Patterson, Drinkwater, Oddo and Flynn.
A licensed realtor, Maressa is managing member of Kimberly Builders, L.L.C., a residential development company that has constructed various residencies throughout South Jersey and he also serves as managing member of Chancellor Development Group, a commercial real estate developer. He is a current member of the Real Estate Review Committee of the Diocese of Camden and a past director of the New Jersey Savings and Loan and of the Covenant Bank Advisory Board.
Admitted to the Bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and for the U.S. District Court for New Jersey, Maressa is a member of the American Bar Association, and the Camden County, New Jersey and Philadelphia Bar Association. He also holds membership in The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Camden, Gloucester and Salem County Board of Realtors, and the Builders League of South Jersey.
