CONVEYOR BELT REPLACEMENT PROJECT

The project is for a complete conveyor belt replacement and installation of the C-1 material conveyor belt assembly located at the Broadway Terminal Pier 1-A installation. This conveyor belt transports material aggregate from the pier to a tenant occupied cement plant for production and processing.

The individual conveyor belt is ~ 1400’ in length. The Manufacturer’s nomenclature for the belt material is: Conti-tech 440 PIW, 4 ply, Polyester carcass with 1/4’ Y 3/32Gr. # 1 covers.

A one piece replacement is recommended. A completed and operationally "ready" installation is required including vulcanization with all of the necessary testing, inspections and required weighted capacities ratings included.
